Welcome!

Thank you for the kindness you have extended via comments here and on Facebook. The loss of both parents and settling the estates has been the most challenging phase of my life. I am humbled and honored by your support.

We’re tiptoeing into spring in my high mountain valley, cautiously embracing above-average temperatures while knowing that winter weather is not over. I spent six weeks abroad in Polynesia, New Zealand, and Australia to escape the greyest and coldest of days, working through the changes in my life.

Although I largely ignored social media (and 40,000 of you hung with me anyway), I was not idle! My literary agent is preparing to shop a just-completed manuscript (in edit cycle now) that introduces a new heroine. The protagonist is as relatable and humorous and uplifting as archaeologist Grace Madison, but her suspenseful challenges are in the US instead of abroad. And she’s trying to figure out how to bond with an estranged, funny, dreadlocked daughter while fighting off younger women nipping at her professional heels. I look forward to sharing more.

I’m glad you’re here. Stay tuned!

“Suspense/thriller fans will be satisfied with the novel and, indeed, the series. Exceptionally developed characters, vividly described locales, pedal-to-the-metal pacing, and nonstop action and adventure--all powered by a subtle spiritual undertone--make this a page-turner of the highest order. Like 007 breaking The Da Vinci Code.”
